I AM INVINCIBLE.

tomorrow i will write about today. although it wasn't filled with too much stuff! I went on my first run through the Turia!!! Oh man it felt so good to get out of the flat and see the city!!! The Turia is an old river bed they converted into a greenway where you'll find people riding bikes, running, walking their dogs, lounging around, playing futbol (soccer for us 'mericans).  Very neat.  And they have 4 different routes you can walk/run on, so it's not like you're getting trampled by people passing the opposite direction.  It's so awesome, growing up at such a high altitude in Pocatello made it seem so easy to run here without getting tired! I felt so powerful and I had so much energy! I haven't gone on a jog in...a long.....time....before this haha so I was super impressed with how long I could go without feeling tired! Looks like I'm finishing this blog about today, today instead of tomorrow! Sweet!! So after my wonderful run, which is making me look forward to more runs in the future, I hung out at my flat with Josh belting out songs on the guitar ( poor neighbors ) and then I went to class! I changed classes so it was the first time I went there. The guy was super hard to understand for some reason? I don't know but I was being bombarded with so much info. that I just sat there and tried to soak in what he was saying rather than trying to do that plus take notes.  It will definitely take some getting used to. But. I need to have patience with myself.  It's only been 3 weeks since I got here and it will take a little while to get used to everything. One day at a time.  Well that's about all I have, I got to Skype with Kim tonight and that was fun, it felt like old times just chatting with her. :)
Tomorrow! New day. New adventures.

  1. How fun to run like wonderwoman. I feel like superman when I'm snowboarding! But remember, you'll lose your superpowers (oxygen capacity from altitude advantage) if you don't keep jogging regularly! And, avoid kryptonite!
